We create each piece on-demand. The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.
Returns
We are a small business with limited storage space and most items currently are printed at time of order to reduce inventory burden. This means products are produced only once ordered. This also means our capacity to handle returns is limited. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. We offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 3 weeks (21 days) of product delivery.
Returns and exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind will be treated as new order with expense of replacements handled at your expense. Any item you return to us will be donated to charity.
